The NZD Real Assets Fund is a New Zealand Dollar denominated fund providing exposure to real assets by investing into NZ listed property, International listed property and International listed infrastructure assets.

 

Investment Objectives

Seeks to track composite indices (before annual fund charge and tax), comprising: 40% S&P/ NZX Real Estate Select Index; 30% Dow Jones Global Select ESG Tilted RESI, 100% hedged to NZD; 30% Dow Jones Brookfield Global Infrastructure Index, 100% hedged to NZD.
